You need Verdana 7 for your icon font. Additionally, your link is dead.

You need to turn off the anti-alias. I had to redo all the icons here
To turn off the paint anti-alias...

Start > Control Panel > Display > Effects > Smooth edges of screenfonts
Iniciar > Painel de Controle > Video > Efeitos > Usar este efeito para....
Just check the other option

Not sure if you still need this information, but here it is:

FYI, I'm using a slightly older version, but it should be similar.

Thanks thanks, but I know how to make, look on Taikodom or World of Warcraft: Wrath of Lich King...
The icons are perfect, without using the TSR icon maker!
Still thanks man! Now I just use paint.net for icon, GIMP for the rip!
