2. Don't just say it's bad.
If you plan on telling someone that their work isn't very good, tell them why. And remember to be a bit gentle about it. Be as brutally honest as you can by all means, but don't just say "that's terrible" and don't get personal with it. Tell them how to improve if you can, and if you can't at least say that you don't know how they can correct it.

C'mon, folks. At least tell her how to improve if you see something wrong with it.

I think you should spend more time in the beginning to develop the characters, which will help you with your dialogue, etc., and the audience as well.
