Actually it might. See when we reject someone's custom sprites, we move their submission topic to the Spriting and Pixelart board. So a topic to fix their sprites is made whether they want it or not.

With this system they would get rejected... but might not ever bother posting their sprites on the forums to get them fixed and become a better spriter.

This is the only problem I see with this system. I don't think rips will have a problem, but I do see the potential of alienating new potential sprite artists.
