RE: Fantasy Smash Project 2.0 - Gors - 07-22-2009

this thread is sexy Big Grin Thanks for making it, Angelglory.

I could suggest people to send PMs to Angelglory if their sprites aren't on the thread: it will keep the thread up to date Smile

Just reposting this here. I got the moves down, but all I need is a little C+C here.

Make him a little bit more blue than sky blue good though!

Oh and I'm working on Hakkun from Sutte Hakkun(SNES)
I'll post my progress later :]

@Gaia: Sparkster should look more like this
http://www.spriters-resource.com/ds/newinternationaltnf/sheet/16556

I was using the classic Sparkster as a ref when I made him, I'm sure to edit it into the more modern one, if I have the time.. His animations should be from the first game too.

Since most of his attacks involve his sword, his smash attacks should involve his jetpack too.

B: Sword Energy

B ->: Rocket Attack

B V: Spin Attack (he does that little spin in the games where you don't hold the D pad down in any direction if I remember)

Final Smash: Missile Barrage (the missiles you see late in the origional game) or Pig Mech.

imo we should edit the miyamoto one for travis since nobody's going to finish it and it looks awesome.

RE: Fantasy Smash Project 2.0 - Kinanza - 07-22-2009

I added a different tone. imo, this version looks better. Also added a taunt.

if you don't know who this is I am deeply disappointed in you

Sorry to say, but a lot of those animations are bad. The framerate is bad. I just seems like the same image being rotated.

Mm-hmm. You see,

I don't think it's that bad.

Also Angelglory, it's Kinanza, not "Konanza". You've been watching too much Lucky Star Tongue

What I've got so far on Sukapon. Idle, walk/run, jump, standard a, duck, and standard b. All still wip. The animation should be faster but oh well

kinanza- well, unfortunately for you, what you think isn't definitive. that definitely isn't up to snuff. the anatomy is poor, the proportions are illogical, the colours are poorly utilized and the animation is lazy.
that being said, i tried editing miyamoto
[Image: travisssb.gif]
it turned out pretty good, if anyone wants to edit it or mess around go ahead.

Wow, that's actually pretty cool.
Mind if I make a full sheet?

if you're willing to try really hard and take any and all critique given, then sure.

I'll do what I can.

RE: Fantasy Smash Project 2.0 - tsr moderation staff - 07-22-2009

seriously though, i want you to keep editing each animation until its perfect. dont do lazy animations then quit when people say its bad. you'll improve a lot if you stick to it until it looks exactly, if not better, then you want it to.

Well like I said, I'll do what I can. If I can't put enough effort into it, then I guess that's that.
