What kind of sprite style would you use? Something easy so everyone could potentially work on it.

the style used in Knights in the nightmare, it would take awhile to get used to but its a nice style.

I'm still a pretty big fan of the sprite style used in Draglade.

It's large enough to give room for expression, but no so large that it's daunting to work with.

but It would probably really simple graphics.

oh, okay

I don't know, but as you've said, a simpler style would be the best bet. Another possibility is using a more complex style that all the spriters involved like.
