oh lol Devil May Cry 3 literally had a game option where you die in one hit and every other enemy is nearly invincible to your melee attacks

that's called Heaven Or Hell mode, and it's a FUCKING PAIN IN THE ASS, OMG

every enemy gets a health and stability perk and thus become 10 times harder and the slightest amount of damage will KILL YOU

No way, could never bring myself to really play Special Edition. I found the lower difficulty to be insulting and boring after having grown accustomed to the original version.):

Then again though, with Heaven or Hell I only did the first 5-10 missions or so and grew bored after that, so it may change later on.
