I cant find it! Can someone find it, or rip it for me?

You will need an image edition program that supports layers (Paint Shop pro or Gimp, for example) and paste the fog as a new layer on top of the "guy" layer.
Then adjust the fog's layers properties and set it's transparency at 50% or more, depending of your needs.
And that's all. It's easier to do it than to explain it, actually.

^Depending on the program, it might be labeled as Opaque or Opacity , in which case you'll want the number to go lower, as opposed to going higher.
Doofenshmirtz: This is a little bit awkward but have you seen my escape jet keys? (Perry nods) What, you have? Well that's great! So where are they? (Perry looks away) You won't tell me? Is this because you don't speak or are you just being a jerk?

Actually, I was expecting to get flamed.
Thanks a bundle!

Will Paint.NET work? It supports layers... I don't know though. I have Gimp but I'm not very skilled at it.
Edit: It does. Thanks again, I'll be using this a lot. Thanks for the guy who posted this, as well!

You are not going to be flamed if you request small and properly.
