Character Tweaks [revamped first post!]

Without reading the posts that have beem made, while I made mine, ehere are my ideas:
Mario: Like already said, his FLUDD needs to be changed a lot. Tyvon's suggestions are pretty good. There was also some idea, which came randomly to my mind:
You can change th "mode" of the FLUDD via taunt. There is the normal mode (like in Brawl) and some "hovering mode" (which can be used for recovery).
Luigi: I think his FS should be more related to Luigi's Mansion. Maybe black and white instead of green, some creepy music, and some Boo Hoos flying around.

Ganon: I would support a new moveset. I don't think this is a matter of being a clone or not. It just doesn't feel like Ganondorf. Give him a sword and some magic and e is fine. His awesome Down Air should be kept, though.
Toon Link: Yea, needs a new moveset, too.

Mewtwo: Down Special can be changed (to another attack), or the range should be improved. I think the Side Special really needs a change, it was pretty much crap in Melee. Perhaps change it to another (short ranged) projectile, f. e. Psy Beam

Falco: Exactly Tyvon's thought lol, change the fire to wind or something
Wolf: His moveset is fine, except his Up and Side Special. Recovering can be a pain with those two moves.
As for the Final Smashes for the spacies:
- One can be the Ladmaster (Fox or Wolf).
- Falco prefers the air, so he should get his Arwing.
- The last one (Fox or Wolf) should be calling his team (Team Starfox or StarWolf) for help. 3 Arwings (or Wolfen) like the ones in Corneria (the Brawl stage) support the player.

Lucas: I have an idea for a different FS: It's taken from the ending of Mother 3... so I better put it into a spoiler....

Lucas pulls out the final of the 7 needels, which causes causes chaos and destruction on the stage. Tornados, tsunamis, meteorites and whatnot could appear.

I think ness' should be changed to Psi rockin or whatever its called

One of my irl friends has said the same thing. I haven't played the Mother series so I wouldn't know, but he told me Ness never even knew Starstorm and that the Rockin' attack, which he did learn, would have been better as his Final Smash. I have no idea about Lucas.

Luigi's intro should have something to do with Luigi's Mansion, I think.

Falco's Final Smash could be made into using the Arwing, and Wolf's could be the Wolfen, or something. Tyvon's ideas are pretty cool.

I like the idea of Peach carrying Perry instead of a normal parasol.

As for Toon Link, is he going to use abilities from Wind Waker/Phantom Hourglass AND the Four Swords games? Because those weren't the same Links. Or are we just making "Toon Link" an amalgamation of all the Links who were in that style?

I love SM Sunshine as much as the next guy, if not more than the next guy but, don't you think using too many sunshine moves for mario is a little weird? I think its a great idea for the rocket nozzle though.

If we go with the FLUDD alternate B moves thing, I think it should be this.

UpB - Hover
B - Spray
Foward B - Turbo
Down B - Rocket (He could blast up and then do that super ground pound from SMS that was used in the final fight with Bowser)

I like your idea ^^, but maybe it'll become a "Super Final Smash". but maybe, I have another idea: (SPOILERS)

Lucas and Masked Man know the attack PK Love, and they use this attack to pull out the seven needles for summon the Dark Dragon . They can be have the same Final Smash BUT with different effects.

Masked Man is an allied of Porky. When Masked Man use his FS, the seven needles appears around his and they are pull out. In Mother 3 when you pull out the seven needles, the Dark Dragon will respond the evil whises of Masked Man, which causes chaos and destruction on the stage how you said. (With tornados, lightings, fire or even summoning the Dark Dragon to attack all)...

Lucas's PK Love is different. When he use his FS, the seven needles appears around his (Like Masked Man) and the last one is pulls out by Lucas. The Dark Dragon will respond the good heart's wishes of Lucas and the Dark Dragon would heal his damage while the other characters are attacked by the PK Love. (Obviously, Masked Man's PK Love is more strong than Lucas' PK Love, because the last one restaured the life of Lucas.

I don't know if it would work but maybe for an Up B for Falco he has the booster pack from Star Fox Assualt, and he can press the B button to fire off at opponents while flying.
Also what about costume changes would they affect the movesets?

Well, you DO charge the nozzle, right? I think something could be implemented to use other nozzles. Seems like a natural idea.

No, otherwise it's not a costume.

The only costume change I can see maybe MAYBE affecting gameplay is Dr Mario using pills instead of fireballs.

Toon Link Up-B can be Deku Leef from WW. Used in the air, the leaf make him glide, and when the Deku leef used on the earth, it make a ''wind ball' who push others players.

The actual Up-B can replace the down smash, for exemple.

I think Toon link's A moves could even be modified some more. Instead of a swipe-swipe-stab for his regular A combo he could use a stab-stab-swipe. Reverse of Link's sword motions.

His aerial A Down could be the Helm Splitter move instead of a downward stab.

And his dash attack will be the Forward Roll Stab from Minish Cap.

I think the Deku Leaf is a great idea. Also, could be make his up Smash the Spin? A full smash could make him spin and get dizzy.

That would sound better as his down smash. As characters above Toon Link wouldn't be hit by that move.

Also have his standard B attack be the Boomerang as a reference to the N64 Smash.
