THEORY nr.1: porygon2 is a updated version of porygon, porygon z is a glitched or hacked version of 2 so not excactly a brand new pokémon, theyrefor it can't be the updated version of porygon2, most pokémon fans who are a very sad tribe by the way believe that porygon z was created by team rocket or galactic
THEORY nr.2: the z in porygon z could acctuely stand for 2, only it's glitched as when a nr 2 glichts in changed into the likes of a z like in zetta like you're slow you zetta sons of a didget
THEORY nr.3: porygon2 is a pretty dangerous special wall, that could take the likes of gyarados and salamance out with the right ability. porygon z is a special sweeper with one of the highest special stats in the game go figure
