serious answer: only one of her genitals would work. for examples she would have ovaries and her vagina would be in full menstural cycle however her penis would be unable to make sperm. if you want gross specifics if lady gaga had sex with herself and managed to cum inside of her she would shoot watery white liquid into her own vagina if she were really lucky; otherwise she would just have the penis muscle spasms. her testicles are probably too small to function. the liquid that shoots out would be really watery because it would contain no semen. usually thousands of sperm cells are in your cum and thats why cum is so thick.

Lady Gaga has a big thing about androgyny / non-binary gender, so I'm not sure if I believe that she's intersexed (slugs are hermaphrodites, people are intersexed, thanks), I've seen the video in question and it could just as easily be a prosthetic, or she could have a hormonal imbalance resulting in an enlarged clitoris (NOT the same as being intersexed). Seems to me that it's just a publicity stunt.

If she's trying to make a statement? Good for her, but I think she's going about it wrong.
If she's genuinely intersexed? Good for her, but it'd seem like her announcement would do less to make it accepted and more to make it seem like a kink or a joke or sum'n.
If she's doing as a publicity stunt she needs to die in a fucking fire.

TBH people like her and Katy Perry drive me up the fucking wall.

It's all "HURF DURR I AM SO UPSTANDING FOR GAY RIGHTS" when all they're doing is enabling the idea that women in LGBT circles are nothing more than spank material or sir hags.
