i think itd be fine if rival, support and gym leaders/ elite four had their fav pokemon out. everyone with a pokemon on screen would be a hassle

what happens if a trainer sees your pokemon? do they challenge you or ignore it?

Preorders start around a month or two before a game comes out. And I assume thats for Japan. Didn't NA get D/P almost a year after Japan?
Yeah these won't be out here and especially the UK anytime soon.

I think there's a consequence with the whole style change. GSC's ways of getting around the limited color palette seemed to result in a game that looked very "gritty". Doesn't really work with the whole super-colorful style they're working with now.

Though I'm still eagerly awaiting this game regardless.

well, fotr those of us who don't have flash carts.....
anyway, it doesn't matter as I want the lugia figure anyway.
I'm prerordering this on day one.

also I hope there is an option to NOT let your pokemon follow you.
