But it animates prety well...
I'm only planing to do Robotnik right now, but if people get interested then I will put up a custom AOSTH project thing.
I put this here because well... I just made this when I was bored and wanted to show it off.

The running does look pretty smooth, although maybe it should go a bit faster. I think having the mustache move while he runs would be a nice touch, too.

There will be that to. It's just that as of now I just want him to look as sexualy aroused as possible. That is the closest to any PINGAS you will get.
And shading comes last for me.

I agree with the above.
Keep up the good work. Really like the sprites and the animation. Also, if you made the mustache move or the facial expression change during your final creation, that would be win. Nice job.

The sprite is based (More like traced) off of this.

See the family resemblance? The shoulders have been updated to not flap around as much.
Yes everything will be spot on and ship shape and what not once its done.
Now I gotta go change his eyes...

I don't think it would be used in game but more like an animation.
