Not necessarily next, there's another Castlevania game starring Alucard in production; and the los being castlevania is still a rumour. ):

Apparently Other M isn't the old Dread previously rumored in development that is now confirmed in development.

EDIT - http://www.1up.com/do/previewPage?pager....74587&p=44

Metroid's creator and Team Ninja's boss offer their assurances that their new Metroid collaboration is the real deal!

Highlights of the interview:
>> The game is between Super Metroid and Metroid Fusion that explains Samus's past especially her past with Adam Malkovich. It also will explain what happened to Adam exactly.
>> The game will have periods of fast-paced action like Ninja Gaiden, but also periods of the slow-paced, classic Metroid exploration we all know and love.
>> The game is going to be linear like Metroid Fusion due to how Other M's story is set up, though there will be periods where you can deviate from the main storyline to do some side stuff (and explore).
>> The guy in the e3 trailer that asks Samus if she remembered him is one of the soliders serving under Adam Malkovich.
>> The woman at the end of the e3 trailer with Samus is not a Samus clone. The woman is a new character that will be a major secondary character.
>> Other M will not be Ninja Gaiden/Contra/throwing your controller against the wall difficult. It's not going to be a cakewalk either. The difficulty will be just right.

Might add that Pikmin 3 is working but doesn't have enough visual premise for Nintenod to showcase the game yet.
