It probably just means you need to kill people or take them out at lighting speed.

Tactical refers to thinking, lighting refers to speed and light, it also kills shit. Don't ask me why Kojima renamed the genre, he's Hideo Kojima he can do whatever the fuck he wants.

Also if they're just trying to appease people for MGS4 not being on 360, why not just announce this game at Konamis' booth with a MGS4 port? There everyone wins.

Good move though.
