Is there a sprite artist here or a Character Generator that can make Fire Emblem characters similar to this sample?

If so, could someone make one of Ike, Ranulf, Soren, and Mia from Radiant Dawn please?

I need these 4 particular characters for a fangame I am making. If it's possible, I would really appreciate it.
