No... We do not accept fan characters or characters that did not appear in game related media - Kirby never once wore sunglasses and had a gun.

Well, if you want to be techincal, he had a gun in the (second?) episode of the anime (not the dub). And even then, it was an accident he fired it.
Still thinking of a new name.
