Sprites fighting games

Good evening, does anyone know how to extract sprites from PS1 fighting games?
Darkstalkers, Marvel va Capcom , etc...

If PSicture doesn't work with these, then I only know about tedious ways like PSX-VRAM, which either has a set of sprites in its memory or just one of them at a time:
