Getting a good icon for a model upload.

I'm very new to the site but I am interested in uploading a model but I'm not exactly sure how to make an icon and a big icon for the upload.

You can screenshot a render of your model and then add transparency to it. For the smaller icon, you can just zoom in and then take your screencap.
