Unsupported/corrupted voice files from Disney Dreamlight Valley (PC)

So as of the Wonderland Whimsy update that was released a couple of days ago, all of the character voice files are unsupported/corrupted (all at under 100kb) so they can't be played/viewed via foobar2000 with vgmstream plugin. I can't attach the .bnk files here, but I wrote down a list of the ones that weren't working:

• Mother Gothel (regular; general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Jack Skellington (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Beast (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Mike Wazowski (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Jafar/Jafar Hologram (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Hades (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Maleficent (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Lorekeeper (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Sulley (general) - pre-recorded [pre]
  
• Mulan (general) - pre-recorded [pre]
  
• Mushu (general) - pre-recorded [pre]
  
• Aladdin (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  
• Jasmine (general) - unsupported format or corrupted file
  

Note: This usually happens to all of the characters from the previous updates (including the general/discussion dialogues) as well as voiced languages other than English. 

Basically, what I am trying to do is to open up the .bnk files to get the long list of voice clips, right? Instead, all I got was this:


If I click on the track, it gives me this message:


I know I've already posted this on Discord, but I was hoping if anyone can help me with accessing them so I can add more of the character voice files to TheSoundsResource (I completed 9 so far but still need to work on more of them). I really appreciate it!
