Quickest way to find/recreate a pallete? (sonic unleashed JAVA)

Atm im trying to find or recreate the pallete from the java sonic unleashed for a maybe sonic fangame i wanna make, but just to play with the pallete itself, what would the most efficient or easy way to go about this?
