Give me an idea of what you have in mind, and I'll whip something up.

Do you have anything that you can show from your project? Hmm... don't have anything at the moment, need to come up with the whole concepts, but I do have one in mind which is Warfare Milodon, huge boss with several rocket launchers on his back, still need to como up with it's behavior and attack list.

Oh well, he dicided to do it himself. When I come up with some other boss concept I'll contact you.

hmmm... Warefare Milodon... Giant, bone-plated, Sloth-Bear-Kangaroo, used to pull trees down.. from CHILE!? It seems that my maverick Shimmer Jubaea has a nemesis!

I'll throw some ideas in the fusion chamber and see what I come up with Tongue

ok... how big we talkin? Flame Mammoth, Tunnel Rhino, Crescent Grizzly, or Rainy Turtloid big? Are we launching Stinger missles, or ICBMs?

That image is horribly resized.

The style is also much different than MMX style.

Is that your style or you can make MMX 16 bit style also?

It would be like Blizzard Buffalo size and it would shoot homing missiles.

Anyway time for new video.

Will we be able to make our own Megaman X stuff? Also what Flash was used to make this please? Thank you.
An awesomest (best) maze game V at least in my opinion.

What you mean by "making our own megaman X stuff"?
It's done in Flash 8 Professional.

Well, the style is 16 bit (only using 16 colors, unless I'm mistaken)
it may look a little different than 16 bit, because her boots are obviously the same style as Mega Man Zero's Zero. However I mimicked the original style the best I could with a little difference. Shimmer Jubaea is from scratch, using the same 16 bit (I think) formula of color restriction.

The 'project' I'm working on is done currently in Game Maker 7. I don't have much other programming background: QBasic & Visual Basic from when I was in high school. You can imagine how difficult it is for me to begin programming again from nothing. I started about... a year ago, on and off. But recently I've managed to get the game working with the running, the shooting, and the (screaming) enemies firing back. I even have an almost working Mini-boss (a new version of the Clamp bot from MMX in Sting Chameleon's stage, with a Guts Man twist)

I'll make a sprite for Milodon for you, see what you think. The Manticore ride armor is pretty damn cool, only one thing bugs me about it. The cannon arm seems to make it unbalanced. Not in gameplay terms, but just how the armor would walk/fly. It'd be awesome to counter balance it with some form of heavy gauntlet or the like. Maybe a shield? But I'm just spouting opinions. You and your team made the game, not me, so I'll shut up and get to that sprite I was talking about.

I know it is 16 bit, but I was referring to the MMX 16 bit style because yours looks more like MMZ.

Speaking of suggestions...
what do you think?

Missile pack on his back as you described. Track (like on a tank) on his belly, to his tail so he can sit and try to slide kick you. Lastly, a big silo in the middle of the missile pack, so he can launch a big missile. I figure a 'scatter pack' missile that launches tiny missiles around. Missiles! Missiles! MISSILES FOR NO GOOD REASON!

provided a Blizzard Buffalo for size comparison; have his missile pack separate; and for yucks I did the frame for you Tongue

Wow pretty impresive, but it has a 32-bit feel to it mostly on the arms and the outline is not MMX color.
If you can get it look like MMX style I can definetly use him. Would you be able to do a sprite sheet though?

32 bit feel? Not MMX color? I don't understand what you mean. Is it that the outline isn't the correct color? I only used 12 colors for him as well, I didn't feel that the green really fit his scheme with the Brown/Red/Gold. I tried to match the feel that the other bosses you have up.

Too many colors? I used less than Blizzard Buffalo.. maybe too dark? Wow I'm kind of wigging out about this.

I'll gladly do a sheet for him, so long as I can get the feel you're looking for.

I'm really unsure of how I could get it closer to the original quality of Mega Man X... hmm.. if any other spriters are reading this, could you provide me with some suggestions as well?

Ok, I changed the sprite to look more like X-X3 style.

I hope you see the difference.

If you're gonna do the sheet, what kind of attacks would you be able to do?
For sure the missile pack will tilt a bit for him to shoot the missiles. I was thinking he could like open his fist to use some sorta of laser or minigun.

I do see the difference now. The color is lighter overall, more defined shading on the indentations on the wrist bangles.

It's very subtle, no wonder I couldn't see it before. Normally I use the very dark gray BG for my transparency. But I'm way ahead of you on his hands and weapons. I don't have a program to convert to animated .gif format, so I'll try to illustrate it the best I can on a sheet.

BAM!
I'm not done with all his actions yet. There will be an edit that will have more soon.

I can't help but chuckle at this for some reason...
