Help with ripping Ultra Vortek's awesome character select screen.

As the subject says I need help with getting the awesome background of the character select screen of Ultra Vortek, but obviously no one has already ripped the sprites to the spriters resource, and I don't see any option to disable sprites in the jaguar emulator BigPEmu so how would I go about getting the character select screen background only?.
