Help with .exe, .dxr, and .cxt files

Hey all. Years ago there was a game released for PCs in Japan called Bomberman Street. It's a game that taught children how to cross the street safely, featuring Bomberman of all characters!

Anyway, when I found this, someone had already attempted to extract some of the files from the .exe programs. It includes files that are .dxr and .cxt which I think may contain some sprites. Does anyone know if/how I can work with any of these files?

I should note: there are two versions of this game. There's a pedestrian version and a bike version.

Funny you should ask: I was looking at the files for the Museum of Anything Goes, and used MacroMedia Director to look inside the .dxr files.

So, you need to download Macromedia Director MX 2004 and the Movie Restorer Xtra plugin in order to view them.

Thanks for responding! I ended up using Macromedia Director as you mentioned. What I did was use dirOpener to convert the .cxt to .cst files. (Unsure if that conversion is actually necessary.)

Anyway I opened the cast files with Macromedia and put them on a blank stage. Then I just exported them as .bmp and made sure to select all frames. It took some time to organize them in Photoshop but I got it. I had tried nosamu's cast ripper but it kept crashing for me unfortunately.
