How do I upload textures?

I recently got into texture ripping and I have no idea how to upload textures to the textures resource, or anything to this website for that matter. I wanted to upload textures from an obscure playstation fighting game, but so far I wasn't able to find any options that would allow me to upload anything. Could someone please help me?
