Full Metal Alchemist Mobile Ripping
#1
Hey, I've spent the day trying to rip models from this recently released game with ninjaripper. I got through a significant chunk of the way but need help with figuring how to get the models textured properly.

Would be willing to pay someone to teach me how to fully get models out of the game or just to rip the models directly for me.

Game in question. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=komGdgoK1hg

Contact me here or on Discord at Gluttony#2875 if you have any interest.

Are the Texture U/V's flipped?
If so, you may want to try flipping it via Noesis (As it will flip the U/V's, and it supports Ninja Ripper files)

Although, Ninja Ripper is pretty hard to use. (At least for me, since some games tend to mash the models together making it hard to separate and some also stretches the models out.)

I've figured out how to get things working properly with ninjaripper/blender.

Main important thing to know is to change the textures to alpha > channel packed in blender or else the textures will look like garbage. Still need to get the correct UVs on the models too.

To get the models looking more like in-game and less polygonal, do these things:

1: Edit Mdoe > Right Click Models > Merge by Vertices > By Distances
2: Object Mode > Object Menu > Shade Smooth

Don't know how to T pose them without doing it manually, if anyone's interested in that I'd be willing to post models here.

Some example models.

Left is FMA Mobile, right is FMA PSP.

The game is made in unity, so no need to bother with NinjaRipper. Just extract the game files out of your mobile emulator, and open with AssetStudio and you will have every model in the game T-Posed without having to bother playing through a Japanese only Gacha.

Sorry to necro (?) this thread, but do you know how to access the separate models? I'm opening the file in AssetStudio but can't find anything of interest. Not sure if there's a step I'm missing or what.

Would appreciate the update. Is there any way to reach out to any of you? I tried adding GluttonyWarlord but his discord must have changed. I'd like the art files mainly but the models would be nice. Audio too.
