Troubling textures from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles

Long story short I found some models from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Hinokami Chronicles and was trying to convert one to an .obj so I could use it in a project.
But the textures are really weird, basically they look like they're layered on top of each other but the second texture goes with a completely different UV map so that wouldn't work.
If anyone knows what's going on then let me know because I haven't got a clue.

Here's the UV map:

(if it helps the game was made on Unreal Engine 4)
