can I upload a sprite sheet of a character that already has one?

Hello!

There's this game that I've been ripping sprites from, and I'd love to upload them! 
However, another person has already uploaded some sheets for a few different characters (the sheets are great!!). They're missing some sprites though, like the battle sprites. 

So my question is: If I made a character sprite sheet of the same character, but with additional sprites, could I still upload it? What's the proper etiquette here? 

If I do upload it, then wouldn't the character show up twice in the same category?

Maybe these battle sprites could go on a separate sheet? You can also revise sheets with your own version or just additions to the original sheet.
