I want a dialogue sprite for Amateur Surgeon 4.

When I opened the apk, the contents were packed in a zip, so I could easily extract the as1 and early as4 sprites.
I thought I could also extract the additional download from the obb, but for some reason the cache folder only had json files.
I really need the sprites, so please help!
