Is it possible to open these files and get the models?

I have some files from Skylanders from the Wii and I need help opening them. In the folder in the link below, there are the files I found going with Mesmeralda (from Swap-Force) as a .PAK file and a .ARC file containing Golden Queen's files (from Trap Team). I opened the ARC file and didn't see a file that could be a model file. That is the only file related to the character other than a text file that doesn't seem very helpful. (.BLD file I think). As for the PAK. file, I haven't been able to open it. If someone could open it for me or tell me how to open it, that would be amazing! Maybe there can be other, different archives on different consoles. But anyway, even after I open these files, is there a way to use the models inside. As in, what format they are in, and if there is a converter. Also, seeing as no-one has ripped from these games, I assume there is something more to this, but I really want the model of Mesmeralda and will do just about anything to get it.
