UndertaleModTool is a much easier tool to extract sprites with it, since Altar.net has no GUI and is command-line only.
https://github.com/krzys-h/UndertaleModTool

1. Open a data.win file.
2. Go to the Sprites tab.
3. Double-click on a label.
4. Scroll down until you see the button "Export all frames (or Spine data if this is a Spine sprite)", click on it, select the location that you want the sprites to be extracted. And then you're done!

I'd recommend a prerelease build instead of the newest release, because the newest release doesn't work with all Gamemaker games, for example Annalynn (which i've been ripping)
