The Super Bomberman games are of course perfect for easy rips since they're the same size as the emulator window. I guess you used vSNES for them?

Another thing:

Is it possible to separate the background on 1-1, 1-2 and 1-3?
Yeah, it's possible. Some parts of the grass and stone are in separate layers. A lot of super bomberman games have background things in separated layers(Like the neon in bomberman 4 world 3, the ingloos in bomberman 3 world 5, etc). I personally don't think those stages need two layers rips, since both layers combine each other into one image. I've put some examples below so you can see what do I mean.

And you're right, super bomberman games are easy to rip. Even bomberman 2, the only game that's not one screen only, has the full map visible at the same time:

Ah ok, I was expecting a real background panorama, but apparently it's just part of the tileset and doesn't have any extra parts hidden by the stage.

Just finished ripping all the Super Bomberman 1 story mode backgrounds. Now into the final one: Super Bomberman 5 Story Mode.
Just a random dude. I really love programming in C! Hopefully I can publish a game someday! Sometimes I like to rip Super Nintendo games too!

I just wanted to say that after taking a short break from Bomberman yesterday I'm more ready than ever to start ripping the last section: Super Bomberman 5 Story Mode.

It looks like the vSNES scene viewer throws a part of the left map on the right side of it.

I've noticed it. Apparently the SNES console flips that right side of the map into the left side, this happens with bomberman 3 and 5. So I could either flip that with a image editor, or leave it that way. Each of those ways are accurate in some way. I choosed to leave it untouched. Do you think it would be better if I flip them instead of leave it that way? If you think it's better that way I can make some revisions.

I would make a revision, it just looks better when the stages are symmetrical.
