Here are the bios of the characters:

Eric Velocity

   
Eric Velocity is a 20 year old Velotican who is cool, adventurous and carefree. He is the protagonist of the franchise by the same name and he is Yanik Velocity's older brother. He can shoot bullets from his buster that can be charged.
He also has elemental powers:

Yanik Velocity

   
Yanik Velocity is a 18 year old Velotican who is innocent and smart. He can fly by farting in the air and he is Eric Velocity's younger brother. He can also throw blue bombs.

Gabriel Leroux

   
Gabriel Leroux is a 19 year old Andrian who is fun, happy, but aquaphobic and a coward. He can float using his fake rabbit ears and can use them as a boomerang. He is a friend to Eric Velocity, Yanik Velocity and Andrew Briction.

Andrew Briction

   
Andrew Briction is a 21 year old Andrian who is a cool, smart (but not as smart as Yanik Velocity), but sometimes depressed plumber and carpenter. He aids Eric Velocity, Yanik Velocity, Berat Velocity, and Gabriel Leroux.

Berat Velocity

   
Berat Velocity is a 21 year old Beratian who is cool and Heroic, but if you do something bad to him, he can sometimes get Hot-Blooded. He can punch and kick butt and he isn't afraid of everything (except ghosts). He is Eric Velocity's adopted brother.

Robert Nicker

   
Robert Nicker is a 20 year old Andrian who is a dumb, idiotic, mean, and naughty thief who has unusually small eyes. He can nick (steal) anything by using his nicking (stealing) bag like a vacuum cleaner, and slam those nicked (stolen) things inside his nicking (stealing) bag. Fortunately, due to his stupitity, he has a 90% chance of getting nicked (arrested). He is a enemy to Eric Velocity, Yanik Velocity, Berat Velocity, Gabriel Leroux, and Andrew Briction (Especially Gabriel Leroux, and Andrew Briction).

Actually, I redesigned Gabriel Leroux, Andrew Briction, and Robert Nicker, so here's what their early designs look:
