School of Dragons is a Unity game and we have tutorials for that in Ripping Help (Models Resource) and General Ripping. The latter one has a sticky for exporting Unity models, so you should try that first.

Steam itself is just a platform which sells games, the engine used by the game is a far more important information for us to help you.

I couldn't find School of Dragons anymore, maybe they turned it off.
If the games are not very popular, they can be removed from the platform, this is normal. Despite the fact that today data science is very popular for studying and many paper works are written on its basis https://samplius.com/free-essay-examples/data-science-in-my-life/ many people dissatisfied with the work of specialists who use it. Various games about school may seem good, but they are aimed at an audience of schoolchildren in the first place and are not very popular with other fans. Therefore, due to poor sales statistics, they can be removed from the platforms.
