Welcome back GX, I wish you would post more. So far the skin should look more like fur, maybe dither a little on the brown. Good start so far!

His arms kinda stick out too much so bring them closer to the body more.

k I moved the arms a pixel closer.
and I dont know how to make it more like fur without sqrewing up the shades.
I'll add kazooie tomorrow

Wow. This is really nice, I like this. I would just try to fix his eyes. They look glued together. It's hard to make them out. Maybe adjust his arms a bit too. They look too stiff.

The feet look a little odd, the arms are stiff, and the eyes should be looking more up right?

Looks good to me so far, just fix Banjo's arms a little, so they are at his sides, I cant wait for an animation!

That looking around pose makes Banjo look like a toy instead of a live being. It's very static (especially the lower torso/hips down to the knees).
