Is there a program I can use for ripping & exporting other than Asset Studio?

I like to rip from Mobile games mostly, but I also want to rip from PC Games & Roms, so I need a program that's simple to use & easy to export from.

Does that kind of program even exist?

If the links on the wiki aren't helpful, AssetStudio is the only known one.
Unless you know a coder who could make the program you want.
