Is it ok to add this game?
This game is a furry rpg centered around weight gain and inflation The problem is well, its centered around weight gain and inflation. Thats why im asking

If the entire premise of the game is meant to be pornographic in nature (including things that aren't direct nudity or actual depictions of sex), we generally don't allow it here.

Except that the entire premise of the game seems to revolve around some very specific fetishes so I still don’t think it’s appropriate here.

Yes. It falls under the heading of "this is more porn than game" based on your description. We allow NSFW content, including nudity, if it's simple part of a larger entity but when the game's primary purpose is basically porn, it's not allowed.
