I need some pointers on spriting

Main thing I'm going to say is not to pillow shade (don't make the light source directly in the center), make a smooth outline, and try not to use a lot of colors, and don't use the defualt MSPaint palette.

Other than that, I think it is best ofr one to learn on their own, that way you can come up with your own creative styles.

The thing is i dont know how to Shade or custom AT ALLL!! i know how to make comics, recolour but ive always been to lazy to ever post this (ive been a member since Jan 07)
