Ripping Unity Engine normal map? How to convert it?

Hi all!
I am trying to rip model from Unity. Using Asset Studio I've managed to extract mesh, textures and normal map.
Mesh and textures are working fine but a normal map giving me issues. It's in PNG format, red color on transparent background. Base texture works great, but when I apply normal map it show seams on the edges.

Is there any way to convert that Unity normal maps to the regular tangent maps?
Also I'm curious what kind of normal maps they are using? It does not look like world or object normal map. Looks similar to tangent but the colors are wrong...
