That my friend is what we call "tracing", also. (How the lineart was almost EXACTLY the same as the origional)

wait... looks like she got a lot of fat. I don't know if you wanted her to be like that, so...

You could clean the shading. Right now, it's visually detracting. Make the furthest leg darker to match her furthest arm. Her body looks twisted; change the feet's position or tweak the body. And what the hell she's without one eye.

Ok Updated, decided to sprite in the style of FF6 (also inspired by SmithyCGN):
