Is it possible to rip assets from a game like this?

I have a Unity Engine game called "Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms". It uses DX11.

I went through the files and noticed that the only part that's stored client-side is only metadata. The actual sprites themselves seem to stream in from their server as they're needed, and there's no way to play the game off-line. I looked at the cached files and there wasn't anything in there, either, just some analytics stuff.

Is it possible - at all - to rip sprites from a game that works this way? I imagine something like grabbing the packets as they're sent in from their servers, but I don't really know how these things work.

Usually assets from the internet are grabbed via HTTPS traffic. Using Telerik Fiddler on your phone/PC while the app downloads data, you can easily grab the asset links that way.
