How do I rip models from Megadimension Neptunia VII?
And how do I view their models and animations?

You have have to extract a lot of stuff. When I tried it the animations didn't extract though, but I may have done that wrong.
You need:

You'll also need quickbms to run the first 4 scripts and 3ds max to import the model with the last.
For the main game in the contents folder there will be GAME.pac files. Use the first script on those. Then in the folders model then chara there will be numbered files, each one for a character.
In there you will need to use the .cl3 extractor for files in the texture folder. Doing it on the first numbered one is all you need.
Then use TID to DDS script to change them to readable images. Then you can import the ISM2 file into 3ds max using the last script.

For any DLC costumes do the same thing to the .pac files in the DLC folder as before but after unpacking the .pac file you'll get an .arc you need to extract from, after that its the same as above.
I didn't make any of these scripts btw.
