(Square Enix) King's Knight Dump/Preservation
#1
Hello everyone,

I am working on trying to secure everything for King's Knight in order to dump it, as soon the game is going to go defunct. From what I understand, the game is running on a variant of Unity 5, although I am mainly focusing on getting the required files for dumping in the future, such as the cache.

It is important to archive the game due to the fact the game contained a very short lifespan, although has a lot of content invested into it before its planned cancellation, which is in a few days.

If anyone can help me dump the files, it would be very appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

- Ken

For reference, here's footage of the apparent mobile 3d game OP's talking about.

I'm kinda shocked they made a reboot of that given that, at least according to Projared, the original was... not very good. But, god I gotta laud the efforts at game preservation, I'll see if I can find anyone who can help.

Thanks, the most I can do at the moment is film the game's cutscenes to preserve some of the story written by Square. Although it would be fantastic if the game's assets could be preserved for a recycle or restoration!

Sorry to bump, but the game is going defunct in 5 days, I really want to make sure all the proper files are preserved to ensure the files can be BMSed in the future. So far I have gotten the app, cache and the dalvik-cache files. Although I am unsure if it is enough.

Thanks in advance.

Oh, well the person I asked said the app should be enough, and they could take a look at it if they had a copy. Mind PM-ing me a download link to it to send 'em?
