DSX8 had a pretty good reply to the first one, I even tried to set up PredatorCZ to take a look at it and he had a hard time figuring it out. 

2. Setting up blade effects can be pretty difficult, though the only thing I can say that all the mesh and UV's are set up as the game wants them too, so 3 uv's each for different sizes of flames, all bundled in 1 big shader that does an animation to it. 

3. I notice multiple mesh's all with different symbols, so they probably have a play in it too. Just switch out the mesh for the required symbol.
About 2, I knew it was for the blade from the name, I just dont know if it's for emissive, or normal, or what. It says YGM at the end but I dunno what that stands for. I'm actually putting these in the starcraft2 editor which requires me to convert the models to m3, and m3 models use custom materials that I have to make, which is why I need to know.

And back to 3, I saw that it had a mesh for each symbol, but I was wondering how it's meant to switch out the meshes, so I make some kind of animation for that, or something else?

for 3, you want to make some kind of visibility animation to hide/switch between meshes.. if ur unable to do that, then probably best to do a texture pattern animation, which I believe u can do.

Ahkos, Malos, Mikhail and Patroka are now here. Popular demand made me do all of Torna's non Blade members first rather than one at a time as I was originally doing it. Ahkos and Patroka also has past versions during cutscenes you see. Standard Civilian Clothing and what not.

Little bit of an update in case people cared. I found a young version of Mikhail while going through files. He has been updated to include it now.

Just added Addam's Cloaked version, as well as the Torna blades Sever, Perdido, Obrona, and Cressidus. I think this completes all the major Torna stuff (Untill Story DLC) Next up is just all the other Rare Blades.

Are you planning to add the models for the standard Ardainian Soldiers (Captain Padrig, etc), or just main story characters?

Stuff like that is far down the line, but due to popular request I do plan on it. It would only come out earlier if someone does a "do it for me" commission but otherwise Story and main blades first. I don't have much left and considering I'm tackling 5+ a day... it would be done in no time.

I also decided to add 5 more models today, Ursula plus her instrument, and beary. Praxis, and her Girlfriend Theory, as well as the loved (for some reason) trap Floren, and of course the bird brained girl Finch (who is also loved).

Please, please please please please let me know if anything is up. So many people end up never reporting problems to me and I only hear it from the people I'm closest too. I don't test completely with blender so I only make sure things completely work in 3DS Max and ensure it at least imports into blender.

I tried importing Rex's model in Unity and it seems like the mouth bones are missing in the rig. Is that intentional in the game itself?

Rex and other main story characters (like Mythra, Nia, Pyra, Morag, Bridged, Jin, Malos etc etc) have facial morphs/shapekeys rather than bones for their faces. they work off various sets of set expressions.

I am 2 days late on this but thats just cuz I'm trying to apply for school again so had less time to work on stuff. Here is yet another dump of 5 models, this time they are Adenine, Agate, Boreas, Dagas and Dahlia

Dagas and Dahlia had the most issues, since they had tons of fur. Dagas had some on his cape which was surprising, while Dahlia had to have a whole reorganization of her fur and mesh's to better be managed by both my self, and hopefully others. For Dahlia, I might have 1 to many layers of fur, but I still recommend deleting them all and creating your own fur shader.

A lot of them have their awakening props also added, Agate a pink rock, Dagas's and his throne. Dahlia with an ice flower. Kassandra has also been updated with a flower as well plus anyone else. Sheeba has some water mannequins so expect those as well.

I am stopping after a certian point, and only going to get out requested models, so I only have Rare Blades left.

I know I am goign to try to grab out:

* Gramps (Chibi) form as well as big dragon form, but I am not to sure how his bigger form is going to turn out. Some of it is actually based on map data, but I dono.


Rare Blades left:

* Aegeon
* Godfrey
* Wulfric
* Perceval
* Vale
* Gorg
* Azami
* Sheba
* Vess
* Zenobia
* Herald

However, side characters I can think off still would be

Captain Padraig and the Ardanian solders (Ya know, memes)
Klaus and Galea (The whole SpaceArc Sequence)
The Architech
Dughall and his Blade Dolmes 
Emperor Nial

Yew and Zou, (Vandhams mercs)
Rosa, Giga Rosa and of course Bana and MuiMui, I'll prob get Tora's grandpa and father too to complete it.
Artifice Aion and Artifice Opheon


So my work might not be completely done for a bit.
