PC-98 .pdt files

I'd like some help with something. I managed to extract what I think is image data from a PC-98 game. The files have the extension .pdt and the names seem to correspond with the in-game graphics. I'm including a file of this type as an attachment.

A quick google search returned it as a Microsoft Office compatible file extension.
