Help! I'm trying to find a extractor that rips .ANP files

Hello, I am pretty much new here and I wanted to know if anyone here knows an extractor that can be able to rip sprites from .ANP files

Sorry for the wait. Unfortunately I can't find much, it doesn't look compressed but it's just be using some strange format that I can't figure out.
