These look good! I think his shoes could be a bit longer though, maybe. He looks like he has stubby feet.

A small update:

If a green square is around a sprite that means it's the sprite I'm currently working on.

Shadow will be made sometime in the future, but I don't know when.

I like what you're doing with Ray in Chaotix style, in fact if I didn't know any better about the game I would assume Ray is in it looking at these.

This is a little late but i feel like Ray could do with a bit of desaturation. Looking at the Chaotix sprites, the colours are a lot less vibrant that what oyu have chosen. I also think you might be a lot closer to Genesis style looking at it.

The browns work really well but the other colours seem too bright, they also are a bit jarring against the browns.

Unfortunately, I have lost everything I was working on because one of my Computers won't work (I have two Computers).

However, I did start working on a new Sprite sheet, Manic from Sonic Underground in Sonic 3 style:

Its very hard to read, I would recommend a different background colour and using a less saturated, higher contrasting green.
