DR:AE (PC) Model Ripping?

Neutral
EDIT: Here`s a sample of the game`s .bnc files

Hey there, so I`ve recently been playing around with trying to rip the models from Danganronpa: Another Episode with Ninjaripper, and i`ve made some progress but there`s some problems I`m having. I can only get the ripper to work if I use the forced rip function, and although I can get the background models and certain parts such as the hacking gun and Komaru`s bracelet to rip just fine, this is what happens to Komaru herself

The mesh sort of explodes, and ends up split across multiple .rip files. This happens to Monokuma too, and even though I haven`t tested beyond the first area I assume it`d happen to any other character model too.

Can anyone help me out? I`d really like to get the models from this game. I could always go into the games files and try that way, but from what I`ve seen the model format for this game (bnc for pc and bnp for vita version) hasn`t been entirely figured out yet so I`m at a loss.

If there's a way to force the game to run in a lower version of DirectX, try ripping the model in DirectX 9 as that typically seems to have better results.
EDIT: Actually, tosyk has written that this might be the only result to expect in some cases.
At worst you may have to manually assemble the model's pieces together by snapping them to matching vertices. In that case, I hope you like 3D jigsaw puzzles.

Well, ripping in DX9 did give me a few more complete pieces than before (I managed to get Komaru`s entire head intact, and a lot of more of the stage came out this time) but i`m still having a lot of issues  Sad

I wish I could try it in 3dripper DX, but I can never get that program to work, it always gives me the "Cannot create process" error

Guess I`d better learn how to use hex2obj so I can rip directly from the .bnc files

3D Ripper DX is severly outdated. You may need to run it in a Windows XP virtual machine.

I`ve managed to piece together most of Fukawa since her pieces weren`t as skewed as Komaru`s, but her hair is literally impossible to untangle, so this is as close as I`m going to get I think

they are working on the reverse-engeneering of the game right now, so I'd wait a little bit

Has there been any progress on this? I myself have been trying to rip despair girl players too, but seem to have the same luck as Supurreme.

Currently, I'm looking into methods of simply trying to break the player animations so ninja ripper doesn't destroy any player rips.
Had to do a similar process with Sonic All-Star Racing Transformed using Cheat Engine.

unfortunately there hasnt been much progress at all with figuring out these models :/ the developers of the danganronpa modding tool SPIRAL are still looking into it but its going pretty slow
