This New Anime will debut on May the 10th in Japan, starting after Arc-V, which features Yusaku Fujiki the new Protagonist, promoting the Link Summoning, which has already changed the game in the OCG, and it will change the game in the TCG on July or June.
This Anime will be about Virtual Reality personas, Worlds,Hackers, and lot of things happening in Den City.
So many Characters introduced soon, but not sure when they will debut anytime soon.

what a goofy name though. VRAINS = VR Brains?

it kinda doesn't surprise me though that YGO is just now getting into a cyberspace theme. like. this seems kinda tame honestly; I mean they played card games on motorcycles like years before this

a post-apocolyptic theme would be good for the next installment - they'd be able to appeal to the market of zombie-lovers by making all sorts of undead-themed cards.

Actually, it seems to be short for Virtual Reality Artificial Intelligence Networking System. I know, reeeeaaaally long, so... yeah.
