N64-Style Commissions!

I'll be opening these! I'll be needin' sum' funds for stuff.

Here are the rules:
-It can be either an existing character, or an OC you happen to have.
-To keep with the low poly form, I'll limit the polygons depending on the character.
-I can make thicc, but won't post the result here.
-I'll only use 5 32x32 textures. Depending on the look, I might use up 16x16 textures for the smaller details if there's some limit left.
-In WIP, I'll send a screenshot for the process.
-Once done, I'll send in an OBJ version and a Sketchup 8 version of the model.
-If the character's WAY too detailed, I might not be able to make em'.

Goku (I was asked to make it N64-style; I had to lower the polys as low as possible while trying to make it look good. The model had to be below 350 poly so it could be closer to the other Smash Bros characters.)
