How do i change my profile picture and signature?

Click "User CP", near the top-left of the page. Then on the left-hand side of the page, under "Your Profile" there are links for "Change Avatar" and "Change Signature".

Why did you reply to a 3.5 year old thread instead of just creating one? Regardless, it's towards the top-left of the screen under the logo.
